Agreement
These terms apply when you use the AIM website, portals or mobile app, or register for any AIM program. By registering you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
"AIM" means the Advanced Institute of Mentoring, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Your account
You need an account to register for a program. You agree to give accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. A parent registers each child under their own account; a teacher, a learner and a parent can all be the same account.
Accurate information and honesty
Everything you tell AIM must be true. AIM may verify the information and documents you submit.
AIM may suspend or remove a profile, and may withdraw a certificate, where there is evidence of a fake qualification, false experience, false certification, identity fraud, misleading information, document tampering or misuse of AIM records. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authority.
Placement is not an employment guarantee
Registration, assessment, training, internship or certification with AIM does not guarantee employment. An AIM matching score represents profile suitability; it does not guarantee selection.
The final hiring decision rests with the school and with you. The school remains responsible for its recruitment decision, the employment contract, salary, working conditions, statutory requirements, benefits, workplace policies and performance management.
AIM certification should not be represented as equivalent to another country's teaching licence or qualification.
The AIM-TDP program
AIM-TDP is not a single course. Every teacher goes through the same stages — assessments, training, a school internship, a final evaluation, and certification subject to meeting the required standards — before placement. By registering you agree to take part in each stage that applies to you.
Your verification level reflects the stages you have completed. AIM staff record every change, with a reason, and a level can be corrected if it was recorded in error.
Certificates
A certificate AIM issues carries a certificate number that anyone can check on our verification page. That page confirms what the certificate is for, who it was issued to, its dates and whether it is still valid.
AIM may withdraw a certificate where the grounds above apply. A withdrawn certificate keeps verifying, and the page says plainly that it has been withdrawn. Do not present a withdrawn or expired certificate as current.
ICLP assessments
The ICLP assessment is provided free of charge to identify academic learning gaps and guide educational support.
It is not a medical or clinical diagnosis. Where indicated, AIM may recommend evaluation by an appropriately qualified specialist. AIM does not provide medical or psychological treatment.
Only a parent or guardian may register a child.
Fees
Where a program charges a fee, the fee is communicated clearly before the service is provided. Payment is for the service described and is never a guarantee of employment or of a particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not use AIM services to impersonate anyone, to upload documents that are not yours or are altered, to attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, to disrupt the service, or to collect other people's information from it.
The AIM name, logo and the content of this site belong to AIM. Your own information and documents remain yours; you grant AIM permission to use them to provide the services described.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about your profile, an assessment, a certification, the placement process, a school's or a teacher's conduct, your data, fees, or anything you believe has been misrepresented, write to info@aimworld.org. We will review it under our applicable policies and respond.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.
To the extent the law allows, AIM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of employment, earnings or opportunity, arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and we will tell you about material changes.
